Blog Update

Published Wednesday, February 14, 2007

I've updated my blog to the updated code from my blog engine.  While I was at it, I updated the visual styles as well.  The best thing about this update is that I can now post entries using Windows Live Writer.  In addition, I added "Latest Comments" to the right sidebar.

I hope this means you're going to blog some more! I love you honey!

Hi David.

Blog is looking good. Love the new theme :-)

I've been playing about with putting in a DAL with the code you let me have the other week ... couldn't make my mind up between the dataprovider type approach (similar to dotnetnuke, but potentially over kill for a blog ... unless multiple DBs will be supported in future) or typed datasets. I was looking at this to abstract out the sql statements from the UI code.

What kind of changes have you done?

Also, I clicked on the page link on the right to the avika page and it doesn't seem to be there.

Anyway, back to work. Hope you and your wife are good.

Cheers,

Adam

Hey man,

I'm in El Centro, CA, this month on a detachment with the squadron. We're taking advantage of the year-round sunshine here to get some flying done. Sorry I dropped the ball w/ the church in Monterey. Hope you found a good one. I went to Shoreline, the megachurch there. What all did you do in Monterey?

I was searching google for "ASP.NET 2.0 blog engine" and landed on your blog. Any chance that you will release the code for this blog? Thanks!

Like Mike, I stumbled onto to your site (and engine) while searching for a blog engine. Your link on the page fails. Care to share? Thanks Much.
